T.Y. Fine Furniture has been building handcrafted solid wood furniture in Columbus since 2004. Over two decades later, what began in the small basement workshop of founder Tarik Yousef has grown into two local showrooms.
Our Clintonville showroom opened in 2017 at North High Street—an easy reach from Worthington, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Powell, and the Short North. In June 2026, we expanded to Grandview Heights, bringing our handcrafted pieces closer to the city's west side.
Though we’ve grown, our standards haven't changed. We still build every piece ourselves using premium natural hardwoods. We’ve never outsourced, never used particle board, and never compromised on our organic finishes.

The showroom experience
What to expect when you visit
Nothing replaces seeing and touching solid wood furniture in person. Our showrooms are working galleries — every piece on display is available to order, and our team is here to help, not to sell.
See all four wood species side by side
Cherry, white oak, black walnut, and hard maple — each with its own grain, color, and character. Comparing them in person makes the choice obvious in a way photos never can.
Touch the finish before you commit
Our zero-VOC organic finish feels completely different from conventional polyurethane. You can feel the wood grain through it. Most customers understand immediately why we build this way.
Work through customizations with our team
Every piece is available in custom dimensions, different wood species, and modified configurations. Our team can walk you through what's possible for your space.
Take home wood samples
Not sure which species is right for your space? Take samples home. We'd rather you take your time and get it right than rush a decision on a piece you'll live with for generations.
No commission, no pressure
We're craftspeople, not salespeople. Come in, look around, ask questions, and leave without buying anything. We've had customers visit three times before ordering. That's fine with us.
"T.Y.'s furniture is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is spectacular. The showroom experience was unlike any furniture store we've been to — no pressure, just beautiful work."Verified Customer — Google Reviews

About the new location
Why Grandview Heights
Grandview Heights sits at the center of Columbus — close to Upper Arlington, Marble Cliff, Hilliard, Dublin, and the Short North. For the west side of the city, it puts T.Y. Fine Furniture closer to the families and neighborhoods we've been shipping to for over 20 years.
The 1103 Dublin Road space has been built out by hand — the same way we build our furniture. Carefully, without shortcuts, and with the long term in mind.
