Horizon or Enso?

Two Heights, One Philosophy

Both beds share the same Japanese restraint: soft curves that take careful grain selection and patient shaping, traditional joinery, and our zero-VOC oils and waxes that let the wood deepen with time, in the spirit of wabi-sabi.

The difference is how you use the bed. Choose the Horizon for a low, grounded room. Choose the Enso if you read or watch TV in bed.

Horizon: 8.5" platform with 7" clearance, headboard adjusts to 36" or 40"

Common Questions

How long will my bed take?

Each bed is built to order. The current lead time is shown on every product page and updated weekly from our production calendar. After it's built, standard curbside shipping adds 1–2 weeks, and white glove delivery adds 3–5 weeks. Need it by a date? Call 614-230-2477.

Should I choose the Horizon or the Enso?

The Horizon sits low, on an 8.5" platform with 7" underneath, for a grounded, minimal room. The Enso stands taller, on a 12" platform with 10.25" underneath, and its 44" headboard leans back slightly for reading or watching TV in bed.

Will my mattress fit?

The Horizon's headboard adjusts between 36" and 40": 36" suits 10–13" mattresses and 40" suits 14–17". The Enso is designed for 10–14" mattresses, and we can customize it for a different thickness at no added cost.

Do I need a box spring?

No. The solid wood slat platform supports latex, coil, and memory foam mattresses on its own.

How is it delivered?

Every order ships free by curbside residential delivery (1–2 weeks after it's built), packed for easy setup. White glove delivery, with setup and packaging removal, takes 3–5 weeks after it's built. Local orders of T.Y. furniture get free white glove delivery.
