COVID-19 Update
Currently there is negligible impact on our ability to fulfill orders and ship furniture. We are fortunate to have a large facility and small staff count which helps us manage the risks easily. Additionally we have started a second shift to further reduce any risks and maintain furniture production.
Starting 3-18-2020 we have decided to limit our showroom to public access. Our hours are reduced and are subject to change. Please call ahead if possible.
We have continually cleaned and sanitized the space, but we want to encourage our customers to stay home and reduce the risk of spreading this virus. We are introducing a Concierge service to help you stay safe and healthy.
To access our showroom, we encourage you to set an appointment or call ahead when you're on your way over, 614-230-2477. Customers will be allowed into the showroom on a one by one basis, doors will remain locked otherwise. Please knock on the door when you arrive.
Our concierge service includes-
- Facetime to see furniture remotely along with Facebook Live presentations.
- Free 24 hour loan on fabric and leather samples. We will drop off and pick back up 24 hours later.
- Free Fabric and Leather samples shipped to your home- we can ship up to 6 samples free to your home to keep.
- Private appointments upon request.
- You can still order over the website, phone or via email.
We will continue to operate in all other ways. Shipping and receiving will continue as usual. Additionally, production will continue in the woodshop for as long as we safely can do so.
We will continue to do deliveries as possible, but we are no longer doing in home delivery. We ask that customers assist us in doing garage or inside threshold deliveries to minimize spread. If inside delivery is a critical detail, we are offering free storage of items until it is more feasible to do so.
Shipping has not been impacted, but most carriers are no longer offering inside deliveries, items will be subject to delivery to one's garage or inside the first threshold.
