T.Y. Fine Furniture is an independently owned and operated company under the legal name of Tarik Yousef Fine Furniture, LTD, hereinafter referred to as TYFF. TYFF specializes in the design and construction of premium quality, hand-made furniture and is the premiere, Central Ohio dealer of organic mattresses and luxury recliners. Delivery: Local and national delivery is available at an added cost. Once an item is given to a third party carrier, TYFF assumes no liability on the quality of service provided by third party carriers. TYFF will not hold any item for customers beyond 72 hours; it is customer’s responsibility to make sure they are available to accept deliveries. Any item held for more than 72 hours will incur a storage fee no less than $10/day, rates are subject to order size and nature of delay.
Mattresses and Bedding: Mattresses and bedding are a very personal purchase decision. TYFF acts as a dealer to represent national brands and manufacturers and as such operates independently from these national brands and manufacturers. TYFF has specific policies that may not reflect the policies and claims of national brands. If a manufacturer, brand or label makes a claim or guarantee, it is up to the customer and the manufacturer to resolve any disagreements that may occur due to such claims or guarantees. If a manufacturer has a policy on returns, swaps and/or warranty, TYFF operates independently and without liability to these claims. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure they understand these claims and products before placing an order.All Sales are final. In the event of an order error, customer has 24 hours to review and revise an order. Return exceptions are to be solely determined by merchant.
Returns: All standard furniture items returned in like new condition may be returned within 90 days for a full refund.
Merchant reserves the right to charge damage and repair fees on any items returned damaged.
In the unlikely event of an approved return on custom items or items that do not qualify for returns, customer will pay
a 25% return and restocking fee. On special order or custom items, there is a 50% restocking fee, at merchant’s discretion.
In the event of a defective, damaged or faulty product, merchant assumes no liability beyond product value. In the event of a
defective, damaged or faulty product, merchant at its discretion may repair or replace said item, customer is responsible for transporting item to and from repair facility. All clearance items are not returnable. All custom items are not returnable. All made to order items are not returnable. Art items are not returnable regardless of condition. Soft goods are not returnable regardless of condition. Customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with layer swaps, returns or other transactions after the initial purchase, even if customer is offered free initial shipping or delivery by TYFF. Pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and all other bedding items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable in any way. Liability: T.Y. Fine Furniture accepts no liability for property damage, or personal injury during delivery Acknowledging receipt of delivery by a third-party carrier constitutes acceptance of these terms. Customer agrees that the order is accurate, and that they agree to the operation guidelines detailed above. Customer also agrees that order detail notes as listed above clearly express what they have ordered.
Any details not listed above will be interpreted by TYFF to the best of TYFF's ability and knowledge. All returned payments, bounced checks or rejected/ disputed payments result in a $50 fee. TYFF reserves the right to send unpaid, disputed or rejected payments to a collections agent.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
