Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SHOWROOM VISIT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Perfect Chair Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by T.Y. Fine Furniture, 4555 N High St, Columbus, Ohio 43214 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants who are not Ohio residents are not eligible. Employees, owners, and contractors of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s timestamp is the official timekeeper of the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both have an equal chance of winning:

(a) In person. Visit either T.Y. Fine Furniture showroom during business hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.), complete an official entry slip, and deposit it in the entry box at the showroom.

(b) Free alternate method of entry (no visit or purchase required). Hand-print your full name, mailing address, daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in an envelope to: The Perfect Chair Giveaway, T.Y. Fine Furniture, 4555 N High St, Columbus, Ohio 43214. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027 to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive, at the winner’s choice, either: (a) one (1) Stressless Mayfair recliner in the model, size, leather grade, color, and base finish selected by Sponsor (approximate retail value $3,595); or (b) $2,000 in store credit toward any T.Y. Fine Furniture purchase, which the winner may apply to a purchase already made (as a reimbursement) or to a future purchase. The store credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. The same choice of prize is offered to every winner regardless of the method by which they entered. The winner must select among these options within seven (7) days of being notified; if the winner does not make a selection within that time, option (a), the recliner, will be awarded. The prize, in whichever form is elected, is not transferable. Any favorite model a participant identifies in the showroom is for that participant’s reference only and does not determine the prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a recliner of equal or greater value if the advertised model becomes unavailable. The prize does not include delivery beyond Sponsor’s standard delivery area, or any cost not specifically listed here; all such costs are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 8, 2027. The potential winner will be notified directly, using the contact information provided, within three (3) business days of the drawing, by phone and/or email, and must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. The winner’s first name, last initial, and city of residence will also be posted at tyfinefurniture.com/pages/the-perfect-chair-giveaway and may be announced in Sponsor’s newsletter within ten (10) days after the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the value of the prize actually received is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099, and the winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.

9. Winner’s Release and Publicity

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway. Sponsor will contact entrants about products, showroom events, or other marketing only if the entrant separately opts in; opting in is not required to enter and does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning. 11. General Conditions; Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries, or for any technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio for any dispute arising out of the Giveaway.

13. Winner List

The winner’s first name, last initial, and city of residence will be posted at tyfinefurniture.com/pages/the-perfect-chair-giveaway for at least thirty (30) days following the drawing.
