We never stain our wood. It is all 100% natural solid wood in cherry, walnut, oak, and maple. Each wood option is the actual wood species your item will be built using. This gives you a prettier wood grain and a better quality piece of furniture.

Will it be hard to get into my room or apartment?
Bulky items like bed frames involve light easy assembly. We ship it broken down enough to easily handle, but not so broken down that you feel like a furniture maker!
How long will it take to get my orders?
See the lead time listed the 'add to cart' button. This lead time is accurate and connected to our actual production calendar .
Will I be able to move it by myself?
Beds are shipped in 4 separate boxes that do not exceed 75 lbs each. Most people can comfortably move them on their own.
Dressers and casework is shipped as one large item. You can easily remove the drawers for lighter moving, but you need two people to move these.
Is assembly required?
Bed frames require very light assembly simply to make it easier to move and get into tour home.
Dressers and tables might require legs being attached but otherwise ship fully assembled.
We make sure to provide very clear directions and we also provide excellent phone support if you have a question.
Do you use Veneers or Chip Board
We do not use veneers, chip board, particle board or anything klike that in your furniture. All surfaces are solid wood
We do use hardwood plywood for drawer bottoms and case backs, this material is extremely high quality and optimal for these applications.
What happens if there's a problem with my order?
If something is damaged in shipping we will typically replace the damaged item, we make sure to expedite the replacement part and we prioritize these issues on our calendar if new production is involved.
Most replacement parts ship same or next day. Replacement furniture pieces typically ship within a week.
Do I need a box spring?
Our beds are all platform beds, we design them to function entirely without a box spring and we have confirmed our platform specifications exceed the standards of all major mattress manufacturers.
