T.Y. Fine Furniture
Storage and Media
About this collection
The T.Y. Fine Furniture Storage and Media Collection brings together handcrafted solid wood furniture where thoughtful function meets quiet artistry. Each piece is designed to organize everyday living while enhancing the beauty of your home, offering storage that feels intentional, refined, and worthy of attention. Rather than simply filling a space, these designs add structure, warmth, and balance—creating rooms that feel calm, collected, and lived-in.
Handcrafted in Columbus, Ohio, every piece is built from 100% solid American hardwood, including sustainably sourced cherry, walnut, oak, and maple—never veneers, particle board, or MDF. Finished with our organic, zero-VOC wood oils and waxes, these solid wood pieces support a healthier home while allowing the natural character of the hardwood to deepen beautifully over time. With customization options for wood species, dimensions, and interior layouts, the Storage and Media Collection allows you to experience American-made furniture that's built for you and your space.

Every piece in our Columbus, Ohio workshop is built by hand using 100% solid wood—never veneers, particle board, or MDF. We source our hardwoods from naturally fallen Ohio trees and regional sawmills that properly kiln-dry and cure their lumber, ensuring your furniture will last for generations.
We developed our signature finish using food-grade oils and waxes with zero VOC emissions. Unlike conventional lacquers and stains that off-gas harmful chemicals, our organic finish is safe for your family and easy to maintain. This makes our furniture ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, and homes where air quality matters.
Founded in 2004, T.Y. Fine Furniture combines old-world craftsmanship with modern precision. Our founder, Tarik Yousef, brings an engineering background from Honda to furniture design—every joint is calculated for strength, every detail considered for longevity. We use traditional mortise and tenon joinery reinforced with stainless steel dowels, not cheap metal brackets or cam locks.
Mass-produced furniture is designed to be replaced. Ours is designed to be inherited. Bed slats bolt in rather than drop in, eliminating squeaks. Drawer slides are soft-close. Joints are precisely cut using time-tested techniques. When something is built this well, it only gets better with age.
Because every piece is built in our Columbus workshop, we can accommodate custom dimensions, wood species, and design modifications. Need a bed 2 inches shorter or a dresser sized for an awkward space? We build to your specifications. Contact us to discuss your project.
Nothing compares to seeing and touching solid wood furniture in person. Visit our Columbus showroom to experience the quality firsthand, explore wood samples, and work with our team on customizations. Can't visit? We offer nationwide shipping with white-glove delivery available.
