The Horizon Platform Bed is Japanese-inspired with a simple yet regal look for the master and or guest bedrooms. Mattresses:
Our bed frames are designed to accommodate 8-11” thick mattresses. If your mattress is thicker, we’ll customize a frame at no extra cost. Our platform beds are designed to be used without a box spring; so tell us if you plan to use one.
This platform bed is built to accommodate all mattress types. From all latex, to coil and even memory foam, this frame will protect you mattress and is perfectly suited for all products. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us. We use 16 solid wood 3" slats spaces 2" apart. Every slat is bolted in place for added strength. Wood Options:
We never stain our wood. It is all 100% natural, each wood options is the actual wood species your item will be built using. This gives you a prettier wood grain and a better quality piece of furniture.

Sizes:
All Horizon Beds have a 8.5" Tall Platform and a 35" tall headboard. This bed frame is designed to accommodate mattresses that are 10-13” thick, if your mattress is thicker or thinner than this, we can customize a frame to fit your needs at no added cost. Additionally we can customize your platform height at no added cost. These Platform beds are intended to be used without a box spring, please contact us if plan to use a box spring.

Shipping:
This item ships in 4 smaller boxes, all securely strapped to a custom made wood pallet. This is the most secure way we have found to ship this item and we have not experienced any shipping damage since using this method. This additionally makes setup and moving easier. We try our hardest to ensure that the bed is easy and quick to assemble. We focus on sending the least amount of parts and the simplest yet strongest construction, this ensures that you get the best quality furniture and easiest possible setup. By removing the boxes from the Pallet that it arrives on. A single person can easily move the item without assistance, although it is always preferable to have an extra set of hands, particularly for taking up a flight of stairs or through narrow openings.
